TEMPLE+TRIBE is about more than just fitness. It's about your life. 

T+T was created to offer a conscious approach to movement and fitness by revolutionizing the way people think about and be in their bodies. We are about self exploration through movement, and fitness as a radical act of self-love. We believe how you are in your body is how you are in your life. Change one, you change the other. 

The studio was built around body weight strength training. We build strength from the inside out. Barre classes are a deep dive into exquisite body control. A specifically sequenced combination of lengthening and flushing movements with small movements and isometric contractions, our barre method creates a lean dense musculature and a body that is flexible and strong. Straps classes use a uniquely designed suspension system for a fun, athletic and cardiovascularly challenging workout for the entire body. The goal with all our classes is not only improved physique and fitness capacity, but improved quality of life in general.
