We all have a sultry side to us that we don't always express in our everyday lives. It's healthy and natural to want to feel sexy and be able to express it. In this two part workshop we will tap into our feminine side with beautiful movements that explore our inner goddess. Each week we will learn and review in a 90 minute session. Come see how moving sensually can work out all your muscles and leave you with a warm glow and a new found strong confidence. Come to both classes to build on the alluring moves or try out one!
Jessica will also be leading two classes in flexibly training on the regular schedule Tuesday 11/28 and Thursday 11/3 from 6:45-7:45pm.
